Internet explorer

No mac user should be using internet explorer.
Why?

(1) It is not the best web browser on the market
(2) others have more versatility and flexibility
(3) others like Firefox (which I like to use) have special add on , free features and more including tab browsers (which I think are very helpful)
(4) If you use internet explorer you are just siding with Mr. Bill and his minuns

Apple security patch release it was bound to happen

How many patches has Microsoft undergone? Windows users take it for granted. Apple users don't usually have it happen to them. But with the newness of the iPhone it was bound to happen sometime to get kinks out.

nice tutorial and photo shots of the process. While it focuses mostly on PC the method is similar for mac. If you don't have a panasonic it is pretty much the same if you are using firewire (many use Usb).

On ESPN2, I was watching sports when they had started showing off the new iPhone. The sportcasters were talking about and said the following:

(1) Unlike the iPod which was continually changed ,the software will be updated while the hardware stays the same (unless see down below).

(2) Yes no streaming video or steaming audio but can play YouTube at Quicktime. Has real time email etc .

(3) wifi works fine but AT-T internet is slow(er).

(4) When the new AT-T network will run, the speed on the internet will be faster. If you want to upgrade when this occur you will need a new iPhone.

(5) does a sports fan need- possibly but nothing to entice many others for now especially if you have your own pda etc
